Eskesen was founded in 1946. They produce souvenir products which include key rings, lighters, bottle openers, and toothbrushes. They are most famous for their Float Action Ball Point Pen - The Floaty pen. This was introduced in the early 1950's. There are several different style of floaty pen. The two most popular are described as the Classic and Twist & Click
Based near Copenhagen in Denmark. They employ around 120 staff and export to over 80 countries.
I started seriously collecting these pens in 2000. I have since amassed over 600. I collect them on day trips, holidays. Family members and work mates also pick them up for me. Thanks to you who pick them up for me. I have also acquired some from "pen friends" (excuse the pun) around the world via the internet.
